Tangaza & International Institute for Islamic Studies MoU.

Tangaza University College and the International Institute for Islamic Studies in Qom/ Iran have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to formalize their existing relationship and to pave the way for future joint activities. It was signed by the Vice Chancellor Designate of TUC, Rev. Prof. Stephen Mbugua and H.I. Dr. Seyed Mohaddes, Vice Director of the Institute in Qom, in the presence of H.I. Mohammed Khodammi, Head of African Affairs/Qom and Matthias Eder, Advisor for Interreligious Dialogue/ TUC. The delegation from Iran is currently at Tangaza to teach and participate in the first Annual Summer School of Christianity and Islam in Dialogue in Africa (TASSICDA), one of many activities between the institutions that aim at furthering mutual understanding amongst religions and cultures.
