The Human Resource Department enables the realization of TUC’s Vision and Mission through the management of its most valuable resources, which are its employees. Its functions include but are not limited to, recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee welfare, performance evaluation, training and development,organization design/development, change management, diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Preamble

The HR Division provides services to the University community through the provision of specialist HR advice and functions which complement HR services provided within faculties, institutes and divisions. Human Resources is an integral part of the business strategy and decision making process that will help to insure continued success of all stakeholders with a focus on innovation, technology and the future of the institution.

The vision of the Human Resource Department is to create the right culture and assist in building the right institution both locally and internationally.

The Mission of the Human Resource Department is to be committed to recruiting, hiring and retaining the highest qualified individuals to meet the educational goals of our student population and further as a contribution to the achievement of the Vision and the Mission of the University.
