This is a unique course meant to promote and enhance professionalism in the fields of child Safeguarding and protection to promote child welfare and development.
Graduates of this course are able to :
a) Identify a child in need of protection;
b) Apply structures and measures necessary to respond to and prevent child abuse;
c) Employ practical skills relevant to current cultural and social context to safeguard and protect children;
d) Advocate and mainstream child safeguarding and protection in their work
Requirements
- KCSE D + or its equivalent (Artisan course in any TVET institution)
