For admission to the Tangaza One-Year Certificate in Theology, offered by the School of Theology, the candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Kenyan students must have completed their secondary education and obtained a mean grade of D+ in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education examination.
  • Foreign students must have completed secondary education in their country of origin at a minimum standard to be admitted to a certificate program.
  • Have a basic background in philosophy or take at least two philosophy courses offered by the School of Theology.

Any exceptions to the Admission Regulations above are at the discretion of the Admission Committee whose decisions are final.
