Rev. Prof. Fr. Apollinaire Chishugi Chihebe, is a holder of PhD in Philosophy of the Gregorian University of Rome, BA in the theology of Institut Catholique de Toulouse (France), Licence in Spirituality of the Gregorian University of Rome, PhD in Political Philosophy of Université de Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) and an external examiner with Domuni Universitas of Bruxelles.
Aside from being a lecturer Rev. Prof Apollinaire has been the Rector of Major seminaries in Burkina Faso, DR Congo and Ethiopia for more than 15 years.
He has taught Philosophy in many African University such as Université St Thomas d’Aquin of Ouagadougou Burkina Faso, Dean faculty of economic sciences Université Officielle de Bukavu for 7 years.
In 2012 he was ranked as Associate Professor of Congolese Universities and in 2017 he became Professor Full of Congolese Universities.
Rev. Prof. Fr. Apollinaire Chishugi has spent 6 years in Konandugu Parish (Burkina Faso) as curate and Parish Priest before being sent for further studies in Rome. He has been in charge of the house of formation for 17 years in Burkina Faso, DR Congo and Ethiopia. As a Myers Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner, He animated training of Novice Masters and Mistress in Mater Christi Centre of Bobo Dioulasso (Burkina Faso) for 7 years. Rev. Prof. Fr. Apollinaire CHISHUGI has been a facilitator and mentor in many Chapters of religious congregations.
Rev. Prof. Fr. Chishugi has published several refereed articles and presented academic papers in several research conferences focusing on Philosophy and Theology better known as a Kantian philosopher.
As a member of the reading committee for scientific journals in the French-speaking world such as “Les Cahiers de l’IREA” published by “Harmattan” in Paris, “Recherches Africaines” Published by the African Research and Documentation Centre in Bukavu (DRC). He has authored several books in French including “La paix par le Droit” ,“La rationalité de l’agir humain”, “Logique et argumentation juridique ».

Dr Leo Simon was born in the Catholic Diocese of Meru,
He is a Dominican priest belonging to the Dominican Vicariate of Eastern Africa (VEA) and holds a Diploma in Computer Science from the Technical University of Kenya, BA in Philosophy from Urbaniana Pontifical University, STB from Tangaza University College – CUEA, MA in Theology from Duquesne University – USA, STL and Research Master from KULeuven – Belgium, and Doctorate in Sacred Theology from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA).
Before joining the Order of Preachers, He began his work experience as a computer technician at Abonyahi Traders and Services Company, and a teacher of computer and mathematics at Kajiado Hill Girls Secondary school. He made his first vows as a Dominican Friar in the year 2006 and ordained a priest in the year 2014 after the first-degree cycles in Philosophy and Theology. As a Dominican he began ministry as secretary to the Vicar provincial and Property Administrator. He was then posted to St. Catherine of Siena Parish – Kitisuru, where he worked as Assistant parish priest and assisting chaplain at the University of Nairobi – Lower Kabete Campus.
After his graduate studies, he has taught theology at the Jesuit School of Theology – Hekima (Nairobi) and the Dominican International University. His research concentration is in the areas of Ecclesiology and Development of Christian Doctrine, where he has published. He is also experienced in the areas of general and economic administration, having worked for many years as an economic administrator for the Dominican VEA, and Director of University Services at Tangaza University College.

Sr. Prof. Jacinta Mary Adhiambo belongs to the Missionary Congregation of the Evangelizing Sisters
(MCESM).
She holds a:
PhD in Educational Administration and Planning from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA).
Master of Education in Educational Administration and Leadership (CUEA)
Bachelor of Education (Arts), Kenyatta University.
She is a seasoned educator and scholar who enjoys mentoring undergraduate and post graduate students.
She has over 25 years of teaching experience, 20 of which are at university level.
At various universities, she has held different administrative positions:

She has bachelor of education from Kenyatta University, masters from St. Mary’s University Minnesota. She completed her PhD in catholic education from Kenyatta University in 2007.
Publications:
Her publications are in religion and social issues, catholic education in Kenya, laity in church and higher education. Her current area of research is in psycho-educational accompaniment of emerging adults in Kenya.

Biography
Fr. Dr. Josaphat Wanyonyi, IMC is a Kenyan Catholic Religious Missionary Priest, and a member of the Consolata Missionaries Religious Congregation. He is the Dean at the School of Theology in Tangaza University College (TUC) having served as a lecturer in Biblical Studies at the same school since 2009.
Eduation:
He holds a Doctorate in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical Urbaniana University and a Sacred Scripture Licentiate from the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome, Italy.
He also holds a Sacred Theology Licentiate and a Bachelor in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical Javeriana University of Bogota, Colombia.
He is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the Consolata Institute of Philosophy in Nairobi, Kenya under a program by the Pontifical Urbaniana University.
Career:
Fr. Wanyonyi has served in several committees at Tangaza University College; namely, the Library Committee, the School of Theology Academic Committee, Academic Board, and has led the Bible Department, in the university college. He has also served as the Formator at the Consolata Seminary and the Dean of Students at the Consolata Institute of Philosophy.
The Dean has also been a lecturer in Biblical Studies at the Consolata Institute of Philosophy and at the Pontifical Bolivariana University in Medellin, Colombia. He previously taught formation courses for novices at the Chemi-Chemi ya Uzima AOSK Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.

Kagwe Muiruri Cosmas OFM is a Franciscan Catholic priest of the Province of St. Francis in
East Africa, Madagascar and Mauritius Island. He holds a Doctorate degree in Psychology, a
Master’s degree in Psychology of Development and Education and a Bachelor's degree in
Psychology from Pontifical Salesian University in Rome, Italy. He is as well a holder of
Bachelor's degree in Sacred Theology from Pontifical Urbanianum University in Rome, Italy,
Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Diploma in
Theology & in Biblical Studies from Tangaza University College (Constituent College of the
Catholic University of Eastern Africa) and a Diploma in Philosophy and Franciscan Studies from
St. Bonaventure College – Franciscan Formation Centre: Lusaka, Zambia (affiliated to Pontifical
Antonianum University in Rome, Italy).
Fr. Kagwe is currently a lecturer at Tangaza University College (TUC). He lectures at the
Institute of youth studies for both undergraduate and graduate students. He lectures as well in the
Institute of Spirituality and Religious Formation (ISRF) Tangaza college’s School of Theology.
In addition, he lectures as the Marist International University College, at the Institute of Psycho-
Spiritual Counseling (PSI). In the last three years, he has supervised 13 master’s theses at
Tangaza University College and 5 at Marist International University and 2 at the Catholic
University of Eastern Africa (CUEA).
Fr. Kagwe has been the director of St. Anthony of Padua Institute of Africa (SAPIA) under the
umbrella of the Institute of Spirituality and Religious Formation (ISRF) in TUC. It is an institute
that promotes spirituality courses with a focus in Franciscan studies.
He was appointed the Dean of students (DOS) on the 17 th September 2021 at Tangaza University
College for a duration of four years. On the 16 th of February 2022 he was appointed as the acting
Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic and Students Life (Ag DVC A SL) at Tangaza University
College while still being the substantive dean of students.

Sr. Alice Anzoyo C. Dralu, SSHJ is a member of the congregation of the Sisters of the Sacred Heart Jesus, and currently, the Director of the Centre for Leadership and Management (CLM); Tangaza University College.

She holds a BBAM and MBA degrees from Uganda Martyrs University, Uganda,
A Postgraduate diploma in teaching in higher education (PGTHE) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA),
Ph.D. candidate in Social Transformation with a focus on Organization Management at Tangaza University College.
Career
Sr. Alice’s academic background is in business administration and management, accounting and finance. She joined the Centre for Leadership and Management in January 2010. She is a member of the CLM team that facilitates designated trainings on professional leadership development programmes.

Biography
Rev Fr. Maganya Halerimana Innocent is a member of the Missionaries of Africa, known as White Fathers. He is a Ph.D. student in Social Transformation at Tangaza University College. His areas of specialization are Security and Sustainable Peace. He holds a Licentiate (STL) in Missiology from the Gregorian Pontifical University in Rome.

He also holds a Baccalaureate in Sacred Theology (STB) from the Urbaniana Pontifical University in Rome.
BA in Religious Studies from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa
certificate in the Pedagogy of the Ignatian Spirituality from the Centre de Spiritualité Manrese in Quebec, Canada.
Career
Rev. Fr Maganya has more than 10 years of teaching experience at Tangaza University College. He has been a lecturer and Head of the Mission and Islamic Studies Department. He has also been formator and Rector at the Theology Formation House of the Missionaries of African in Nairobi for 7 years and chair of the Tangaza Formation Council. He is a visiting lecturer at the Faculty of Theology of the Università Pontificia Salesiana (Jerusalem Campus) since 2013. He has participated in the Erasmus Plus exchange of faculty programme with the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) in Poland. He is also a faculty member of the STUDIUM progarmme at Tangaza University College in collaboration with the Congregation for the Institutes for consecrated life and Societies of Apostolic Life.
Rev Fr. Maganya has a wide experience of Community Engagement. He has been vice-chair of the Zaidi Centre for Ignatian Spirituality. Currently, he is the chair of the International Ecumenical Movement- Kenya Chapter. He is also the founder and chair of KEFABIS, an organization that works for the rehabilitation of ex-convicts. He is a volunteer chaplain with Kenya Prison Services. He is also a member of the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops Commission for Interreligious Dialogue and Ecumenism. Fr Maganya sits in different committees at Tangaza University College and he is part of the team that accompanies CAMPSSI (Catholic Members of Parliament Spiritual Support Initiative) In 2020 he was awarded the title of Ambassador for Peace by the Universal Peace Federation for his involvement in interreligious dialogue.

Biography
Patrick was a student of Tangaza College between August 2002 and March 2006, where he studied Theology. After which he was assigned to the Carmelite Student Formation House, Ibadan, Nigeria. He worked here between March 2006 and September 2011. He was then assigned as an assistant Parish Priest in Christ the King Catholic Church, Kurudu, Abuja between October 2011 and May 2012. Towards the end of May 2012, he left for Rome for his further studies.

Licentiate and Doctorate in Sacred Liturgy, and a Master in Liturgical Music at Saint Anselm University, Rome.
Career
Having completed his studies in Rome, he was assigned to work in the Institute of Spirituality and Religious Formation (ISRF) in Tangaza University College, Nairobi, Kenya. He reported to the University College during the First Semester of the academic year, 2019-2020. On 1st July 2020, he took over the directorship of the Institute. He is thus the present Director of the Institute of Spirituality and Religious Formation.

He is a lecturer of business strategy and social entrepreneurship and social innovation. His past professional experience was in the leadership of technical schools in Malawi and Zambia. He spent 7 years as deputy principal in Comboni Technical School in Malawi and 5 years as Principal of Chikowa Youth Development Centre in Zambia.
His research interests in social innovation, social entrepreneurship, social transformation, and organization dynamic capabilities.

She oversees all aspects of Human Resource Management and Administration for both full time and part time employees at Tangaza University College.
She is a dynamic HR practitioner with over 15 years’ experience in human resource, having a proven track record in employee welfare, implementing change to achieve workforce and organizational excellence, strategic human resources, recruitment and selection among others.

Dr. Anne Nyokabi Gachiri, is a World Association of Christian Communication (WAAC) and Cardiff University Scholar.
She is a holder of a Doctor of Communication degree from the University of Philippines.
She is a communication expert, a seasoned journalist and a communication lecturer at the Institute of Social Communication of the Tangaza University College, a constituent College of the
Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
She has also taught journalism at the both Riara and Multimedia Universities in Kenya.
Before that, she worked for the Kenyan government as a journalist and later as a content analyst for the rural press in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting before she joined the private sector.
