She has taught and held educational leadership positions in secondary schools and Tangaza University College.

She has bachelor of education from Kenyatta University, masters from St. Mary’s University Minnesota. She completed her PhD in catholic education from Kenyatta University in 2007.

Her publications are in religion and social issues, catholic education in Kenya, laity in church and higher education. Her current area of research is in psycho-educational accompaniment of emerging adults in Kenya.

Fr. Tesha Cleophas, OP is a member of the Order of Preachers commonly known as Dominicans. He is a Tanzanian currently pursuing Doctoral Degree in Development Studies at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). He holds a Master’s Degree in Project Planning and Management from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA), Masters in Theology from Duquesne University (USA), BA in Philosophy from Urbaniana Univerisity (Rome) and Advance Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Daystar University.

His academic and research interest is in the area of Sustainable Human Development with focus on project management, resource mobilization, community development and policy formulation and implementation. He has assisted as tutorial fellow at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, the Co-operative University of Kenya, Marist Internal University College and Tangaza University College.

Fr. Tesha has been involved in different leadership, administrative and managerial responsibilities in his congregation in different capacities such as: Director of formation (Master of Students) for their Eastern Africa Vicariate, Promotor of Justice and Peace for the same region and High School Chaplaincy. He assumed the role of the Director in the Institute of Social Communication (ISC) at Tangaza in September 2019.

He has been involved in university teaching and administration of academic programme for over ten years. He is interested in action research and social entrepreneurship for social transformation.

He has diploma in philosophy and Franciscan studies, bachelors of Arts in religious studies and MBA in entrepreneurship.

He completed his PhD in business administration strategic management from Jomo Kenyatta University of agriculture and technology in 2017. His doctoral dissertation was on strategic leadership and organizational performance in nonprofit organizations in Nairobi County.

He is a Comboni missionary from Togo. He has 12 years’ experience as principal of technical educational schools in Malawi and Zambia.

He holds a bachelors in social ministry, MBA in global business and sustainability and DBA in strategic management. His dissertation focused on the dynamic capabilities of universities.

His areas of research are dynamic capabilities of organizations, social entrepreneurship, social innovation and pedagogy for social transformation.

Sr. Agnes holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. She has over ten years’ experience of teaching at high school as well as in university level.

She has also held different leadership positions in her congregation and in the education sector. Sr. Agnes belongs to the Sisters of St. Joseph of Mombasa, a local congregation and so she understands the challenges facing local religious congregations especially in providing education for their sisters.
