Eligius Mkulima is a Catholic Priest ordained in 1994 in the Congregation of the Holy Ghost. He is a man of profound experience. He did his Diploma in Philosophy in Spiritan missionary Seminary at Njiro Arusha Tanzania, Diploma in Theology in Tangaza, BA in Theology in Urbaniana, the first MA and STL in systematic theology in the Catholic University of Paris, he worked in Congo Brazzaville as Parish priest and in Yaunde Cameroun as lecturer and formator, He served as Rector in Spiritan Missionary Seminary before doing another MA and STL in Pastoral and Mission Studies in the Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Nairobi Kenya. He completed his PhD and STD in the same University in 2014.
He worked as Chaplain and Lecturer in Marian University College at Bagamoyo and he is a prolific author of several books and articles among them Spiritan Mission to the Maasai in the Archdiocese of Arusha in Tanzania (2015), Crisis Management (2017), Introduction to Ethic, (2017), Ethics in the Age of Globalisation (2018), Dunia na Utandawazi (2015) and co-authored books like 150 Years of Successful Evangelization in Zanzibar and Mainland Tanzania, Miaka 150 ya Kanisa Katoliki Tanzania (2018). Now he is a lecturer in Tangaza University College teaching Mission Studies and Pastoral.
