“Competent women and men in the ministries of religious formation and spiritual guidance equipped with a thorough education in Theology, Scripture, Psychology and Spirituality and led to an awareness of their own need for personal transformation”.

Mission

To offer a sacred place of growth and resource that provides professional training for those preparing for the ministries of spiritual accompaniment and spiritual leadership as religious formators, spiritual guides or adult faith educators.

Objectives

To prepare women and men for roles of spiritual accompaniment in Religious Formation or Spiritual Guidance.

To provide young religious in initial formation with a program of studies that will help prepare them for their final commitment to their congregations.

To engage students in their spiritual and human formation through the experiential study of spirituality, theology, Scripture, and psychology; and to ensure that students have the self-awareness, knowledge, integration, spiritual depth, skills, and confidence needed for their ministries of accompaniment.
