Master of Education (MEd) in Leadership and Administration
Course Overview
The programme is designed to tap into the wealth of life experience to develop flexibility, new learning, and resourcefulness in handling organizational management. It helps the student learn how to reflect on the experience, articulate the principles and concepts gained, and as appropriate make generalizations that can be applied in the future.
Course Requirements
Minimum KCSE/CUE Equivalent Average Grade:C+
Other Requirements;
1. BEd Upper Second ClassHonours; or
2. BEd with Lower Second Class Honours and 2 years of related experience; or
3. BA / BSc and PGDE with a minimum achievement of Credit.
4. Foreign students are required to apply to the Commission for University Education
for Equation and Recognition of their qualification. For more information on this

Student Course Reflection
The MBA Programme is designed for active and aspiring entrepreneurs and social innovators. The course units and activities are carefully selected so as to ensure that entrepreneurs develop skills in innovation, management, strategy, sales, marketing and other critical aspects of business in the 21st century.
The MBA program has changed my mindset and approach to problem solving. Prior to this, I had attended other entrepreneurship trainings but none was as relevant and structured as this MBA. It's helped me define my social impact, bringing me so much satisfaction as I built a profitable business. I would recommend this MBA to anyone who is looking for a practical approach to incubate an idea to a successful business or to add value to their existing organizations.
