Diploma in Philosophy
Course Overview
The Diploma in Philosophy will equip you with the intellectual discipline to challenge the assumptions that frame the way we think about the world and how we should behave in it. You will learn to bring philosophical considerations to bear on practical problems to make informed decisions about important issues such as: social justice, free speech, global poverty, climate change, animal welfare, humane psychotherapy, education and expertise.

Elective areas of study include media, art and society, logic, the meaning of life, philosophy in film and literature, global and environmental ethics, bioethics, political philosophy, narrative psychology and selfhood, imagination and emotion, health and happiness, and Eastern philosophy.
Graduates have found work in art and design, business development, community and social services, consulting, education, entrepreneurship, healthcare, human resources, IT, management, media, program and project research.
Course Requirements
Minimum KCSE/CUE Equivalent Average Grade:C-
Other Requirements;
1. A Minimum Grade C- in KCSE or its equivalent or Certificate in related area of study.
2. A recommendation letter by an appropriate religious (incase of religious) or other sponsoring Authority.

Student Course Reflection
The MBA Programme is designed for active and aspiring entrepreneurs and social innovators. The course units and activities are carefully selected so as to ensure that entrepreneurs develop skills in innovation, management, strategy, sales, marketing and other critical aspects of business in the 21st century.
The MBA program has changed my mindset and approach to problem solving. Prior to this, I had attended other entrepreneurship trainings but none was as relevant and structured as this MBA. It's helped me define my social impact, bringing me so much satisfaction as I built a profitable business. I would recommend this MBA to anyone who is looking for a practical approach to incubate an idea to a successful business or to add value to their existing organizations.
