On Monday and Tuesday, 29th and 30th September 2025, Tangaza University had the profound honour of hosting His Excellency Archbishop Carlo Maria Polvani, Secretary of the Dicastery for Culture and Education, and Rev. Anthony VanBerkum, O.P Under-Secretary of the same Dicastery.
Over the course of their visit, the delegation held meetings with various university departments, engaging with faculty, administrators, and students alike. Their visits on Monday and early Tuesday allowed for rich dialogue across fields—academic, pastoral, cultural, and administrative.
The visit drew to a spiritually uplifting close with a Holy Mass celebrated by Archbishop Polvani, which was a moment of grace and communion for the entire Tangaza community.
The presence of Archbishop Polvani and Msgr. Spadaro affirms the strong bonds between Tangaza University and the Holy See, encourages deeper collaboration in education and culture, and inspires renewed commitment to forming minds and hearts in service to Church and society.
